Fraser Basin Council. Non-profit organization with a mandate of sustainability and a vision of social well being, supported by vibrant economy, and sustained by a healthy environment. Fraser Basin Council prepared the Invasive Plant Strategy for BC in 2003-2004, and has continued its role in coordinating the management of invasive plants.
